The recipes on this site are intended to give you ideas on how easy it is to feed your dog fresh food. If you would like a diet/s prescribed for long term balanced use please contact me to discuss further.

Ingredients:

 

300g           gluten free rolled large oats

300g           cooked pumpkin / butternut squash

                   (canned is fine, no sweetened pie

                   filling)

30g             organic nut butter, cashew or almond

1 tsb           shredded ᅠcoconut (unsweetened)

 

 

Method:

 

 

 

  • Mix everything together in a bowl.
  • Roll into small palm balls. place on a baking tray with a baking sheet on.
  • Sprinkle the coconut over the tray and shake the balls from side to side to coat the balls.
  • Bake in an oven at 180° C / 360° F  for 30 mins.
  • Serve when cooled down
  • Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

 

Chefs Tip

 

            If you prefer you can use sesame seeds

            instead of desiccated coconut or use both!
